Quick patch v160 A9 to fix issues with Lightning, Fireball when aiming higher than yourself, also tweaks to lower tier mages, some technical (hopefully) speedups to address (some) lag spikes during battles, a fix for movement speed issues on initial spawn in battle, and some other lesser changes.
